Student Experience Adviser

Role

Interact with students by phone and email, focusing on their satisfaction and progression through their KP post-grad academic courses and programs.

Report to the Student Experience Manager, and work in a team of 9.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively recognise students’ needs and identify appropriate solutions
  • Participate in outbound call initiatives to students as scheduled
  • Manage inbound phone calls and email enquiries
  • Attend and participate in student events

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a student services role or a client-facing financial services role
