Student Experience Adviser

Role
Interact with students by phone and email, focusing on their satisfaction and progression through their KP post-grad academic courses and programs.
Report to the Student Experience Manager, and work in a team of 9.
Responsibilities
- Proactively recognise students’ needs and identify appropriate solutions
- Participate in outbound call initiatives to students as scheduled
- Manage inbound phone calls and email enquiries
- Attend and participate in student events
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a student services role or a client-facing financial services role
